THRIVE at Brightpoint is a Bronx-based behaviorial health program
that provides comprehensive mental health services, primary care & HIV prevention services, assistance with HIV entitlements including but not limited to HASA enrollment assistance, cash assistance, food stamp assistance, name change assistance, as well as long-term/short-term Case Management Services specifically to MSM(men who have sex with men) gay and bisexual men, as well as transgender women of color ages 18-29.
We also assist with up to date information on available housing options for those looking for specific program apartments, brookers whom except programs, as well as independent living options/congregate living options.
