THRIVE @ Brightpoint Health provides the following services for 18-29 year old gay/bisexual men and transgender women who live in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. No judgment, no insurance, no problem.

"A space for you, by you"
The THRIVE drop-in is a place to hang out and socialize with people who are just like you. Come by any Thursday or Friday for movie nights, group discussions, the Gaymer's group, educational training and workshops, as well as popular interventions like D-Up, and 3MV.

We all face obstacles. Daily, real life challenges that can prevent our success. At THRIVE, we work with you to find solutions and identify opportunities. Housing, insurance, food, jobs and help with school are just some of the ways we can provide the support you deserve.
HIV Testing/Counseling, NPEP/PrEP

THRIVE offers free and confidential HIV/ STI counseling, testing and referral services to Black and Latino gay, bisexual, non-identified men, and transgender women between the ages of 18 and 29. Rapid oral HIV testing and STI screenings are provided at our office on East 144th Street, during drop in hours at our Inwood location, and in the field at bars, clubs, and street locations throughout NYC. No appointments necessary.
THRIVE also provides nPEP and PrEP to individuals with insurance coverage and work with uninsured individuals to identify free or low cost alternatives.
Through Brightpoint Health, THRIVE offers access to high quality primary and HIV specialty care. Brightpoint Health offers a broad range of medical treatment and prevention services to people with limited access to health care, as well as those who have not had the quality of care or the comprehensive care management that they need. If you don't have insurance coverage, we can help.
